A body-based workshop
For the racing thoughts that keep going long after you've asked them to stop.
Led by Ranbir Puar, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Nervous System & Somatic Specialist, in practice since 2009.
“As a Psychiatrist of 25 years, I have referred my patients to many therapists. Ranbir Puar stands out for her innate problem-solving, broad skill set and deep compassion.”
What it's like
You're lying still, but your mind isn't. The conversation from this afternoon is playing again, this time with better lines. Then it's the email you didn't send, the decision you can't undo, the worst version of next week. Your jaw is tight, your shoulders are creeping up toward your ears, and your chest feels heavy. You're exhausted, but you can't sleep. Your mind won't power down, or you wake at 3 am with the thoughts already on their loop. And when you do get a full night, you get up feeling tired anyway.
You're not new to this. You've read the books, tried the apps, sat with the breathing and the journaling and the advice to simply let it go. You may understand exactly why your mind works this way, well enough to explain it to a friend. And still the loop runs.
That isn't a failure of effort or intelligence. Racing thoughts may be a sign of a nervous system that learned, long ago, that staying alert was the safest thing to do. Understanding speaks to the thinking mind. A loop like this may be held somewhere thinking doesn't reach.
A different way in
The Untangling starts in the body, rather than the thinking mind. Ranbir guides you through a quiet, structured experience that asks nothing of your intellect and nothing of your talent. You don't need a quiet mind to begin. You don't need any experience, and there's nothing to get right. You'll be guided the whole way.
Many people who work with Ranbir describe leaving lighter, clearer and less alone. You may begin to notice:
From physicians
“I have found Ranbir’s approach to calming the nervous system both effective and powerful… The tools I learned in shared sessions created confidence both in my personal and professional life, and I was inspired by the sharing of fellow participants during the course… A communion and an emotional safety were created that allowed me to reflect on behaviours that have not served me well.”
“Ranbir weaves together neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and practical tools to help clients move from stress and survival into calm, grounded clarity.”
“Ranbir brings a unique gift for establishing trust and genuine rapport… Her clarity of vision, deep empathy, and commitment to meaningful change create a safe space for reflection and growth.”
“Her innate ability, paired with her… trauma-informed lens and neurofeedback training to heal, is exemplary.”
In their words
“Every session brings exactly what I need; I walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace.”
“Being seen and met in real time, without fixing or judgment, created a depth of safety that allowed real change to unfold.”
“I am someone who tends to think rationally… The concepts were grounded in neuroscience and physiology, which made the inner work feel accessible, credible, and safe.”
“Nothing felt random or overwhelming. It felt intentional… I never felt judged, rushed, or exposed.”
These are individual experiences of working with Ranbir across her programs. Experiences vary.

Good to know
Understanding lives in the thinking mind, and a loop may be held somewhere thinking doesn't reach. This workshop begins in the body, led by a clinician who has worked with the nervous system since 2009. No outcome can be promised, but many people who work with Ranbir describe feeling a shift, often within the first session.
No. It's a common belief that you have to calm your thoughts first, but you don't need a quiet mind to experience a shift. Many people arrive with a very busy one, and a shift may begin even while the thoughts are still there. You're never asked to stop them.
No. You don't need any experience or preparation, and Ranbir guides you throughout.
Yes. Everyone who registers for the Zoom session receives the recording afterwards. It tends to land best when you take part as it happens, so we'd suggest setting aside the full 90 minutes.
At 135-1451 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC.
No. It's an educational and personal development workshop, and it doesn't replace mental health care or medical treatment. If you're supported by a clinician, this may sit comfortably alongside that care.
Repetition isn't the problem. It's the signal. The question is only whether the signal is trapped, or moving.
