You have been carrying more than your body was meant to hold.
This is where you set some of it down.
This is a three-part online series for people whose bodies have been running on high for so long that it has started to feel normal. You might be anxious in ways that do not match your life, exhausted in ways that sleep does not fix, or living with symptoms that keep showing up while every test comes back clear.
Over three evenings, two weeks apart, we work with the physiology underneath all of it, and you leave each session with a practice you can actually use.
Most of us were never taught what to do with a nervous system that has been living in survival, so we learned to manage it, to minimize it, and to keep going, and most of us became very good at exactly that.
But the body takes the toll. Sleep stops being reliable, energy flattens, the mind picks up speed at midnight, and emotions either arrive without warning or stop arriving at all.
This series was built for the person who knows something has to change but has no idea where to begin, and it is grounded in Clinical Nervous System Science, Somatic Practice, Coherence Training, and Clinical Hypnotherapy. Half of every evening is spent inside the work rather than talking about it, because this is body-level change, and the body learns by doing.
You react faster than you mean to, or you carry a low hum of anxiety that never fully leaves even when nothing is wrong. On the outside you manage beautifully, and almost nobody knows what it costs you.
You sleep and wake up tired, take the holiday and come home empty. Your body has been braced for so long that it no longer remembers how to let go, and doing less has not refilled anything.
The tight chest, the churning stomach, the jaw you find clenched at a red light. You can be managing your life well and still feel unwell in ways that are hard to describe, and your body registers what is happening long before you have words for it. The nervous system is physical, and so is what it does to you.
You have read the books, done the therapy, and can explain your own patterns better than most people could. Cognition is not the issue. Something is stopping all of that understanding from landing in your body, and that is the piece this series works with.

You cannot change a state you cannot recognize, so we begin with what your nervous system is actually doing and why it is doing it, and how autonomic states shape the way you feel physically as much as emotionally. You will learn to read your own state as it shifts, and the evening ends with a short practice you can use anywhere, so you have something to work with in the two weeks before we meet again.

Exhaustion that sleep does not touch is not a discipline problem, and it is not something you are doing wrong. When a body has been braced for long enough it will hold that brace even in safety, because letting go once cost it something. We look at what is actually blocking restoration for you, then move into Coherence Training and a restorative practice that asks for about five minutes a day.

Resilience is elasticity. It is not calm and it is not toughness, it is the capacity to be knocked out of your range and find your way back, and it is built by doing exactly that rather than by reading about it. In this final evening we work with something real and current from your own life, so you leave with a practice for the moments that actually matter, and with a way to meet the old pattern when it returns, because at some point it will.
Each session comes with its own Practice Guide, holding the practice written out step by step, space to track what shifts, and what to notice in your body over the two weeks that follow. The time between sessions is where the change consolidates, and the guide is what makes that time useful rather than forgotten.
Ranbir works at the intersection of clinical science and somatic wisdom, addressing the root of dysregulation rather than its symptoms, through evidence-based modalities that work beneath the level of conscious thought. Since 2009 she has been helping people find their way back to themselves, drawing on Nervous System Science, Clinical Hypnotherapy, HeartMath Coherence Training, Somatic Practice, and Biofeedback, woven into a whole-person approach that is as rigorous as it is deeply human.
She has sat with thousands of people in the places words do not easily reach, and she knows how to meet a body where it actually is rather than where it is supposed to be. Ranbir does not teach coping strategies. She creates the conditions for real change, at the level where the body actually listens.
“As a physician enmeshed in functional medicine and all things preventative, I have found Ranbir's approach to calming the nervous system both effective and powerful. The tools I learned in shared sessions created confidence both in my personal and professional life, and I was inspired by the sharing of fellow participants during the course.”
“Ranbir weaves together neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and practical tools to help clients move from stress and survival into calm, grounded clarity. This work doesn't just shift the mind, it rewires the body and spirit, allowing people to show up in their lives with greater confidence, resilience, and alignment.”
“As a Psychiatrist of 25 years, I have referred my patients to many therapists. Ranbir Puar stands out for her innate problem-solving, broad skill set and deep compassion. She has helped countless people through her numerous somatic, biofeedback and trauma-informed practices.”
This runs as a closed series rather than three separate classes, because the work deepens when the same people return. Three evenings, four and a half hours together, and a Practice Guide for each session, for less than the cost of one private session.
This series is nervous system education and practice. It is designed to work alongside the medical care you are already receiving, and it does not replace treatment for a medical or mental health condition.
This series will not ask you to try harder. It will ask you to listen differently, and to slow down enough to hear what your nervous system has been trying to tell you for a long time.
You deserve more than managing, and more than getting through. You deserve to feel well in your own life.
