Most of us were never taught what to do with a nervous system that has been living in survival. We learned to manage, to minimize, to keep going. And we got very good at it.

But the body keeps score. Sleep becomes unreliable. Energy flatlines. The mind races at midnight. Emotions arrive without warning, or stop arriving at all.

This series was designed for the person who knows something needs to change, but does not know where to begin. It is grounded in clinical nervous system science, somatic practice, HeartMath coherence training, and biofeedback. It is practical. It is experiential. And it works at the level beneath words, where most of the real change happens.

Understand Your Nervous System

You cannot regulate what you do not understand. In this foundational session, you will learn to read your own nervous system states, recognize your personal stress signatures, and begin to understand why your body responds the way it does. This is where insight becomes the doorway to change.

Regulate & Restore

April 16  ·  7 PM PST

Practical, embodied tools for shifting your nervous system out of survival and into restoration. Drawing on HeartMath coherence techniques, somatic practice, and clinical hypnotherapy, this session gives you real skills you can use immediately. Not strategies to remember. Felt experience to return to.

Build Lasting Resilience

April 30  ·  7 PM PST

Resilience is not toughness. It is flexibility. The capacity to move through difficulty and return to yourself. In this final session, you will learn how to make regulation a way of being, not just something you do in a crisis. You will leave with a personal practice that is sustainable, not effortful.

Her work draws on clinical hypnotherapy, HeartMath coherence training, somatic practice, and biofeedback, woven into a whole-person approach that is as rigorous as it is deeply human. She has sat with thousands of people in the places words do not easily reach, and she knows how to meet the body where it actually is.

Ranbir does not teach coping strategies. She creates the conditions for real change, at the level where the body actually listens.
