Why Nothing

Most approaches work top-down. They start with the mind. With insight, reframing, understanding. And that insight can matter. But here is what nobody tells you: insight alone does not always move the needle. Top-down approaches require mental resources you may not have. If you are already exhausted, already drained from managing everything, being asked to think your way through is just one more thing to carry.

There is also a deeper problem. The mind already carries its own conclusions about who you are and what is possible. Every new insight gets filtered through the same old program. There is a ceiling built in before you even begin.

Bottom-up work begins in the body. In sensation, breath, the nervous system's own signals. At that level there are no preconceived ideas. No old program waiting to filter what comes in. The body does not argue with change the way the mind does. This is where patterns that have resisted everything else finally shift.
